What we collect
If you write, call or send a brief, we keep your name, telephone, email, and whatever you tell us about your site and your project — so we can reply and work with you.
How we use it
We use your details only to answer you, to prepare a proposal, and to run your project if you appoint us. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing lists.
How long we keep it
Enquiry notes are kept while we are in conversation with you, and for a reasonable time afterwards. Project records are kept as long as the work and any aftercare require.
